Where time allows – and to guarantee your booking – we require a deposit of 10% of your Course Feewithin 10 days of your verbal or e-mail booking. See ‘Tariffs’ for details of the fees.
The balance of the Course Fee is due on or before the commencement date of the Course (see Payment above).
There are no additional charges during the Course/period of your stay at The White House except those you choose to incur personally and which are extra to the Course timetable.
If you have to cancel or postpone your booking, please advise us as far in advance as possible.
However, if you rearrange dates within 6 months, your deposit already paid will be deducted from the rearranged course fees.
If cancelled and not reinstated within 6 months, we reserve the right to retain your deposit without reimbursement.
